The well was deep, the water cold from all the stories I've been told.
The womans' heart was steeped in sin. Toward the well new life began.
The Savior looked into her eyes. "Give me to drink" was his reply.
"Good Master can I give to you when I am lowly and you a jew?"
"Drink of this well again my friend, but drink of me and neer thirst again."
What if her vessel was broken when the Master spoke to her within?
What if all the the people said "you can't proclaim Christ, you are a Samaritan."
I'm glad her vessel wasn't broke. I'm glad for the words that Jesus spoke.
No matter who or what we have been we can still be used for him.
